Appointment Etiquette
Ahead of your first appointment at Intrinsic Balance Massage, you’ll receive a Health History form via email. I kindly ask that you complete this form before arrival for your scheduled appointment time. As it’s an essential part of your client record, completing it during your appointment will reduce your hands-on treatment time.
Out of respect for your session and other clients, I kindly encourage you to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. I understand that unexpected or accidental lateness can happen, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate when possible. If I have availability immediately after your booking, we may still be able to enjoy a full session. However, if another client is scheduled after you, your treatment will be limited to the remaining time of your original appointment.
Parking & Arrival Information
There are limited parking spaces reserved for Complete Chiropractic patients during weekday clinic hours. Ample parking is available off Bakewell Road or Clinton Avenue during this time.
If you’re visiting for a weekend appointment, you’re welcome to use the reserved Chiropractic spaces located at the rear of the building.
Upon arrival:

Weekdays: If the front desk is attended by one of our friendly Chiropractic Assistants, please check in with them and they will assist you.

If the desk is unattended, or you're arriving on the weekend, feel free to take a seat in the waiting area—I’ll be with you as soon as possible.
Cancellations
I deeply value your commitment to creating positive change in your life. To honour your time, the time of other clients, and the integrity of my practice, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes to appointments or cancellations. This also supports the flow and sustainability of my small business, allowing me to continue holding space for others and offering healing to as many people as possible.
While I understand that life can be unpredictable, cancellation fees may apply for repeat changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

A 50% fee will be charged for repeat changes (more than once) to your appointment (less than 24 hours' notice)

Full session fees will apply for ongoing late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice), with future bookings only through my approval

New clients who continually reschedule appointments unreasonably can be declined treatment
